I am a MSc student midwife, a hypnobirthing instructor and double certified birth doula. I am currently only taking doula clients 1:1 for antenatal birth planning sessions due to my university commitments.
I offer birth pool hire across Cumbria with all the accessories you will need to use it.
Hypnobirthing is offered in class format and bespoke 1:1 sessions. Hypnobirthing is an amazing way to learn how to relax and manage any issues that can opo up in pregnancy, labour and birth. Group hypnobirthing is a way to meet other parents to be and learn how to best influence your experience. 1:1 hypnobirthing is available for those who can not make the group class times, and/or want a bespoke service catered exclusively for them.

Group Antenatal Sessions and Hypnobirthing
Join me for two three hour sessions where we will discuss how you can learn how to plan for and optimise your birth experience. You'll learn how the physiology of birth works, how to feel informed and confident in advocating for yourselves in pregnancy, labour and birth. You'll come out of these sessions feeling excited about your birth! You'll also have the opportunity to meet other parents-to-be in your area.

Investment £150 for 5 weeks
My birth pool hire fee is £150 for 5 weeks, this includes delivery and collection within a 25 mile radius.
I use the La Bassine Professional Regular pool as it is much sturdier than the non-professional ones designed to be bought by families.
I also use the Birth Pool in a Box Mini Professional. Like the La Bassine, this is also designed for professional use and is made from a thicker material.
The birth pool hire comes with everything you will need for its use. You just need yourself and some towels.
It comes with sterile liner and sterile food-grade hosepipe that are designed for one use for infection prevention. The other items that come with the package in the box include the air pump to inflate the pool, the submersible water pump to drain the pool, waterproof floor protector and anti-slip mats, as well as a disposable sieve and disposable water thermometer.
Prior to dispatching the pool, I will test the pool and sanitise it. Once collected, the pool will be checked and sanitised.
